Tickets can be purchased online on our web site at http://www.nwwff.org on the Tickets page or by calling our ticket number. Unfortunately, to process tickets more efficiently and to keep your cost as a participant down, we are unable to sell tickets in the NWWFF office.
Absolutely! Many of our participants enjoy more than one event and you’re able to pick and choose which events you would like to attend. You might also want to look at our Ticket Packages that make purchasing tickets to more than one event a simplified process.

Certainly. The New World Wine & Food Festival would not be possible without the support of our sponsors. Sponsorships are available for the overall festival or we have event specific sponsorships available. That depends on how old your children are. The only event that we allow anyone under the age of 21 to attend is the Totally Tejas event. We will be checking identification of anyone that looks younger than the age of 21, so please be sure to bring your ID to the festival events.
At this time, we are not able to refund amounts for tickets already purchased. All sales are final. You might want to consider giving the tickets to a friend or family member as a gift.

For select events, we do offer shuttle services. More details on the specific events, locations and cost will be announced soon.

While there are many events of the New World Wine & Food Festival to occupy your time, you might want to visit some of the other attractions in San Antonio. The San Antonio Convention & Visitors Bureau lists the best attractions in the area on their web site at http://www.visitsanantonio.com/. They will also provide a free visitors guide upon request.
To ensure a fun and safe time for everyone, NWWFF offers a Designated Driver Ticket. These heroes help transport guests to and from the festival safely. Designated Drivers pledge not to drink alcohol, and will be rewarded with 50% off admission. Designated Drivers will be able to enjoy all other aspects of the festival including great food, demonstrations and lectures. Designated Drivers that are found consuming alcohol during the event will be asked to leave. NWWFF continues our partnership with taxi services to provide alternate transportation.
To attend the events of the New World Wine & Food Festival, YOU MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE or older. Event when accompanied by a parent, ANYONE UNDER THE AGE OF 21 IS NOT PERMITTED including small children in strollers or carriers.
The EXCEPTION to this rule is Totally Tejas, in which all ages are permitted and and families are encouraged.
Please bring a current Photo ID to all events.
***Ticket purchases are final and non-refundable! We do appreciate your business, but in an effort to keep costs of the tickets down, we must enforce a no refund policy on all ticket purchases.
