Michael Flores – Chef/Author/TV Personality
With a degree and honors from the Culinary Institute of America, and an internship with the acclaimed Chef Susan Spicer under his toque, Chef Michael H. Flores arrived on the San Antonio culinary scene with talent and enthusiasm. San Antonio is Chef Flores’ home base for his company, Mis En Place L.L.C. in which he continues to be involved in developing and marketing more gourmet products for his line, caters, consults, and teaches. Chef Flores also shares his love and knowledge of cooking by teaching classes aboard a cruiser as it sails along the famous San Antonio River.
